1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, accessing, or using HerSculpt ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service HerSculpt provides fitness and wellness content, including but not limited to real-person workout video classes, personalized fitness plans. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use. All workouts are designed for general fitness purposes and should be performed at your own risk.

3. Health Disclaimer HerSculpt is not a medical device or healthcare provider. The content provided is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Before beginning any exercise program, you should consult with a qualified healthcare professional. By using the App, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in physical activities and assume all risks of injury. If you experience any pain, dizziness, or discomfort, stop immediately and seek medical attention.

4. Subscription & Payment HerSculpt offers three auto-renewing subscription plans: Weekly Premium at 9.99perweek,MonthlyPremiumat

9.99perweek,MonthlyPremiumat19.99 per month, and Annual Premium at $59.99 per year. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple ID Account Settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

5. Pricing Changes We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at the start of the next subscription period.

6. Refund Policy All purchases are final. Refund requests are handled solely by Apple. Please refer to Apple's refund policy at reportaproblem.apple.com.

7. User Conduct You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose; reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code; share, distribute, or resell any App content without authorization; or upload or transmit any harmful or malicious content.

8. Intellectual Property All content, including videos, workout plans, trademarks, and branding within the App, are owned by HerSculpt or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or republish any part of the App without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. HerSculpt does not guarantee specific fitness results, weight loss, or any other physical outcomes. Individual results may vary.

10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, HerSculpt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, arising from your use of the App.

11. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated to you.
